摘要
中国古代医案具有重要的史学和医学价值。宋代以前虽未有医案专著出现,但却是传统医案的萌芽和初创阶段,为后世医案学的形成与发展奠定了基础。通过对散见于史学及医学类古籍的宋以前医案进行梳理、评述与病证探析,从基本理论、诊法、治法、养生及治则等全面展现宋以前医案的医学面貌;并通过对宋代前后医案特点的差异对比,探讨宋以前医案的医学价值及研究重点,指出宋以前医案尚有更多的学术空间亟待梳理和挖掘。
Ancient Chinese medical records have important historical and medical value.Although there was no related monograph before the Song Dynasty,it was the initial stage of the traditional medical records,which laid the foundation for the formation and development of medical records afterwards.This paper reviews and analyzes the medical records before the Song Dynasty which were scattered in the ancient historical and medical books.It also shows the features of the medical records before the Song Dynasty from the aspects of basic theory,diagnosis,methods and principles of treatment,and health preservation.In addition,by comparing the characteristics of the medical records before and after the Song Dynasty,the medical value and research focus of the medical records before the Song Dynasty were discussed.For the medical records before the Song Dynasty,there are still many academic problems demanding prompt research.
