摘要
针对栈桥单榀桁架布置方式支座设置多、施工复杂的问题,介绍了弹性滑铰支座布置下的连续桁架设计,以及连续桁架设计中各种荷载工况下支座处的水平位移。分析了连续桁架布置下支架顺桁架方向的计算长度取值。利用材料力学理论对滑铰支座下的支架顺桁架方向的计算长度进行了求解。以平鲁工业园区输煤系统栈桥为工程背景,根据PKPM2010版V5.1的Spas+PMSAP集成设计模块计算结果,探讨了在设置弹性滑铰支座的情况下连续桁架的设计。结果表明,连续桁架的布置可以减少工程用钢量,节约造价,满足大跨度桁架的设计要求。
There are many abutments in the layout of single truss trestle,which complicates the construction.The design of the continuous truss using elastic sliding hinge abutment is introduced,and the horizontal displacement of the abutment under various load conditions is analyzed.The calculation length of the abutment along the truss direction under continuous truss arrangement is studied,and that of elastic sliding hinge abutment is solved based on the theory of mechanics of materials.The trestle of coal handling system in Pinglu Industrial Park is taken as the engineering background to discuss the design of continuous truss with Elastic sliding hinge abutment using the Spas+PMSAP integrated design module of pkpm 2010 version V5.1.It is concluded that the arrangement of continuous truss can reduce the amount of steel used in the project,save the cost,and satisfy the design of large span truss.
