摘要
采用喷射成形和电渣重熔两种工艺生产了M35高速钢钢锭,并利用金相显微镜和万能试验机对热变形及退火处理后钢的组织和性能进行了检测。结果表明,喷射成形M35高速钢碳化物分布均匀、尺寸细小,电渣重熔M35高速钢碳化物沿着变形方向呈带状分布;经过相同制度热处理后,喷射成形M35高速钢纵向冲击韧性为25.2 J/cm2,纵向抗弯强度为4135 MPa,均高于电渣重熔钢,在力学性能上表现出明显的优势。
M35 high speed steel ingots were produced by spray forming and electro-slag remelting processes.The microstructure and properties of steel after hot deformation and annealing steel were tested by metallographic microscope and universal testing machine.The results show that the carbide distribution of spray forming M35 high speed steel is uniform and small,and the carbide distribution of electroslag remelting M35 high speed steel is banded along the deformation direction.After the same heat treatment system,the longitudinal impact toughness and bending strength of spray formed M35 high speed steel are 25.2 J/cm2 and 4135 MPa respectively,which are higher than those of electroslag remelting steel,showing obvious advantages in mechanical properties.
