摘要
利用扭转试验机对汽车芯轴用钢40Cr进行了扭转试验,从成分、拉伸性能、硬度、显微组织等方面对其扭转强度的主要影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,40Cr钢扭转强度跟延伸率有关。化学成分相同情况下,开轧温度1030℃、终轧温度895℃、穿水冷却的轧制条件下获得的40Cr钢组织均匀,铁系体晶粒细小,具有优良的塑性变形能力,从而使得其断后延伸率更大,扭转强度更好。
The torsion test of 40Cr steel for automobile mandrel was carried out with torsion testing machine.The main influencing factors of torsion strength were analyzed from the aspects of composition,tensile properties,hardness and microstructure.The results show that the torsion strength of 40Cr steel is related to elongation.Under the condition of the same chemical composition,the 40Cr steel with uniform microstructure,fine ferrite grains and excellent plastic deformation ability can be obtained under 1030℃starting rolling temperature,895℃finishing rolling temperature and water cooling,so that the elongation is greater and the torsion strength is better.
