摘要
采用正交试验方法,研究了球化退火工艺参数对塑性变形40CrMoV合金钢丝退火组织和硬度的影响。试验表明,在加热温度770℃、加热时间7 h、保温温度700℃、保温时间4 h的退火工艺下,40CrMoV合金钢丝组织中球状碳化物均分分布,球化级别6级,硬度较低,达到了理想的球化效果。
The effect of spheroidizing annealing parameters on annealing microstructure and hardness of 40CrMoV alloy steel wire was studied by orthogonal test.The results show that under the annealing process of heating temperature 770℃,heating time 7 h,holding temperature 700℃and holding time 4 h,the spheroidal carbides in 40CrMoV alloy steel wire are evenly distributed.The spheroidizing grade is 6 with low hardness,and the ideal spheroidizing effect is achieved.
