原料质量改善对高炉技术经济指标的影响 被引量:5

INFLUENCE OF IMPROVING RAW MATERIAL QUALITY ON TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC INDEXES OF BLAST FURNACE

摘要 从入炉原料入手,分析了制约河钢宣钢高炉经济技术指标提升的原因,并提出了改进措施,认为烧结矿和球团矿还原度低是主要原因。通过降低SiO2含量、提高品位、降低MgO含量、优化烧结工艺等措施,烧结矿还原度由75.8%提高到80%以上;合理匹配热工参数,完善工艺设施功能,改善球团矿孔隙率,球团矿还原度由58.7%提高到64%以上。与2016年比较,2019年利用系数提高了0.155 t/(m3·d),焦比降低了16.01 kg/t,高炉技术经济指标达到全国同类型高炉领先水平。 Starting with raw materials,the paper analyzes the reasons that restrict the improvement of economic and technical indexes of the blast furnace in HBIS Xuansteel,and puts forward the improvement measures.It is considered that the low reduction of sinter and pellet is the main reason.By reducing SiO2 content,improving grade,reducing MgO content and optimizing sintering process,the reduction grade of sinter is increased from 75.8%to more than 80%;by reasonable matching of thermal parameters,improving the function of process facilities,improving the porosity of pellets,the reduction degree of pellets is increased from 58.7%to more than 64%.Compared with 2016,the utilization coefficient is increased by 0.155 t/(m3·d),the coke ratio is reduced by 16.01 kg/t in 2019,and the technical and economic indexes of blast furnace reach the leading level of the same type BF in China.
