摘要
针对高炉原燃料供应品种繁多、质量参差不齐的现状,陕钢集团龙钢公司以“高炉长周期稳定顺行和提产降耗”为基本思路,通过在高炉原燃料质量提升、对标管理、技术创新、环境提升等方面实施一系列措施,实现了炼铁主要经济技术指标的不断提升,达到了经营与工艺管理的同频共振,实现了企业综合效益的最大化。
Aiming at the supply of blast furnace raw material and fuel with wide varieties and uneven quality,Shansteel Group Longsteel Company takes"long-term smooth operation of blast furnace,increase production and reduce consumption"as the basic idea,a series of measures have been taken in the quality improvement of raw materials and fuels,benchmarking management,technological innovation and environmental improvement.After the implementation,the main economic and technical indicators of iron-making have been continuously improved,the same frequency resonance of operation and process management has been achieved,and the comprehensive benefits of the enterprise have been maximized.
