白酒中杂醇油的测定

Determination of Fusel Oil in Liquor

运用比色法检测市售3种白酒以及3种不同度数散装白酒中的杂醇油含量,测定其杂醇油含量是否符合国家标准,并对实验研究白酒的杂醇油含量结果进行由高到低排序。实验结果表明,市售白酒中,杂醇油含量均符合国家标准,部分散装高度白酒杂醇油含量高于国家标准。通过本次研究,为消费者在选购白酒方面提供了相关依据,并为消费者提出选购建议。

The content of fusel oil in 3 kinds of liquors and 3 kinds of bulk liquors with different degrees was detected by colorimetry,and whether the content of fusel oil is in line with the national standard is determined.The results of the experimental study on the content of fusel oil in liquors are sorted from high to low.The results show that the content of fusel oil in commercial liquor is in line with the national standard,and the content of fusel oil in some bulk liquor is higher than the national standard.The study provides the relevant basis for consumers in the purchase of liquor,and puts forward relevant suggestions for consumers.
