利妥昔单抗治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的有效性分析

Efficiency Analysis of Rituximab Treatment on Non-hodgkin Lymphoma

探讨利妥昔单抗对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的治疗效果。选择62例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上结合利妥昔单抗治疗,评估两组患者的治疗效果和治疗后的不良反应。结果显示:观察组完全缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组部分缓解、稳定、进展患者均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗过程中血小板减少、感染、肝功能损伤与对照组患者相比差异不具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将利妥昔单抗治疗用于非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,可有效缓解患者的病情,减少患者血小板减少、感染、肝功能损伤等相关并发症的发生,促进痊愈。

The research explores the treatment effect of rituximab treatment on non-hodgkin lymphoma.62 patients are divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 31 patients in each group.Control group receive routine treatment,and observation group receive rituximab treatment based on routince treatment.The treatment effect and adverse reactions after treatment of two groups are evaluated.Total remission rate of observation group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Partial remission,stabilization and development patients of observation group are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).There is no statistically significance in thrombocytopenia decrease,infection and liver function injury between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Rituximab treatment on non-hodgkin lymphoma can effectively relive patients’sate of an illness,reduce the decrease of patients’thrombocytopenia,infection and liver function injury to promote patients’recovery.
