综合保温干预对直肠癌手术患者的护理效果评价

Nursing Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Heat Preservation on Rectal Cancer Surgical Patients

评价腹腔镜对直肠癌手术患者的综合保温干预效果。选择临夏州人民医院2019年2月—2020年5月收治的44例接受腹腔镜手术的直肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法,分为综合组和常规组,每组各22例,比较两组手术患者不同时间段的体温变化及麻醉复苏情况。结果显示:综合组在T1、T2、T3时的体温均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),综合组的拔管时间、意识清醒时间及出手术室时间均显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:综合保温干预可避免术中患者体温降低,促进患者术后意识恢复,缩短拔管时间及出手术室时间。

Comprehensive heat preservation on rectal cancer surgical patients is evaluated.44 rectal cancer surgical patients in the hospital from Feb.2019 to May,2020 are selected,and they are randomly divided into comprehensive group and routine group,with 22 patients in each group.Body temperature changes anesthesia anabiosis situation of two groups of different periods are compared.Temperatures of comprehensive group at T1,T2 and T3 are significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05).Extubation time,conscious time and operation time of comprehensive group are significantly shorter than routine group(P<0.05).Comprehensive heat preservation intervention can avoid the decrease of patients’temperature during operation,promote patients’consciousness recovery after operation,and shorten extubation time and operation time.
