中医针灸结合康复护理缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛的作用研究

Research of Function of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing in Relieving the Pain of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

研究中医针灸结合康复护理缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛的作用。选取2018年5月—2020年5月来德庆县人民医院治疗的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机盲选法分为研究组与对比组,每组各30例。对比组采用康复护理干预,研究组在此基础上增加中医针灸干预,对比分析两组护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果。结果显示:研究组的干预有效率为96.67%,对比组为80.00%,研究组的有效率高于对比组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的VAS评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.05)。研究组的疼痛缓解时间早于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:采取中医针灸结合康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状有较好的缓解作用。

The research explores the function of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation nursing in relieving the pain of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc in the hospital from May,2018 to May,2020 are selected,and they are divided into research group and control group according to random blind method,with 30 patients in each group.Control group receive rehabilitation nursing intervention,and based on this research group receive traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.Effects of nursing intervention on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc are compared.After intervention,the effective rate of intervention of research group is 96.67%,and that of control group is 80.00%.The effective rate of research group is higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,VAS score of research group is significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time of research group is earlier than control group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation nursing has good relieving function on patients with pain of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
