童趣化护理在小儿疝气手术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Childlike Nursing in Child Hernia Surgery

在小儿疝气手术中开展童趣化护理,缓解儿童对手术的紧张恐惧情绪,促进手术顺利进行,提高患者家长对手术室护理工作的满意度。选择2014年9月—2018年9月300例0~6岁小儿疝气患者为研究对象,分为实验组与对照组,每组各150例。实验组实行童趣化护理,对照组实行常规护理。结果表明:对照组的护理满意度为76%,实验组的护理满意度为98%,两组患者的护理满意度差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:在小儿疝气手术中开展童趣化护理,可有效缓解小儿的紧张恐惧情绪,减少手术麻醉风险,提高护理质量和患儿家长对手术室护理工作的满意度。

Childlike nursing in child hernia surgery can release tension and fear emotions in child surgery,promote the operation smoothly,and improve parents’satisfaction on operation room nursing.300 children with hernia of 0~6 years old from Sep.2014 to Sep.2018 are selected,and they are divided into experimental group and control group,with 150 children in each group.Experimental group receive childlike nursing,and control group receive routine nursing.The results show that the nursing satisfaction of control group is 76%,and that of experimental group is 98%.There is significant difference in nursing satisfaction of two groups(P<0.01).Childlike nursing in child hernia surgery can effectively release the children’s tension and fear emotions,reduce operation anesthesiology risk,and improve nursing quality and parents’satisfaction of operation nursing.
