凉山地区中等职业教育问题与分析

Problems and Analysis of Secondary Vocational Education in Liangshan District

凉山地区中等职业技术学校数量不多,区域分布不均衡,招生效果不理想,在校生流失普遍,教师队伍不稳定,师资流动性强,校企产教融合深度不够,有待加强。这是因为中等职业教育学校在发展过程中几经搬迁、撤销,学生及家长普遍对职业教育的认识存在偏差,而且学校办学质量不高,社会认可度低,校企分工协作不明确,产生了内部矛盾。需加强中等职业教育学校的基础建设,扩大招生范围,积极做好宣传工作,挖掘学校培养特色,提升学校的社会认可度,改善教师待遇,加强教师队伍思想建设,稳定教师队伍,明确校企合作过程中双方的职责,进而提高凉山地区中等职业教育影响力。

There are problems in secondary vocational technical schools in Liangshan District,i.e.not enough number of schools,the imbalanced regional distribution,not good recruit effect,widespread internal student turnover,unstable teacher team,and not enough integration of the school and enterprise.The reasons are that,in the development process,secondary vocational schools move and revoke,there is differential cognition of vocational education of students and parents,the quality of schools isn’t high,the recognition from the society is low,and the division and cooperation of the school and enterprise is unclear which causes internal contradictions.It is suggested to strengthen the basic construction of secondary vocational schools,enlarge recruit student scope,actively make propaganda,excavate school training characteristic,improve social recognition of the school,improve teachers’remuneration,strengthen ideological building of teacher team,stabilize teacher team,and clarify the duty of the cooperation of school and enterprise,to enhance the education influence of secondary vocational education.
