高职院校儿科护理学课程教学探究

摘要 对高职院校儿科护理学课程教学进行探究,发现了其中存在的问题。需调整课程设置,立足人才培养模式,保证知识实用、够用。改变传统单一的教学方式,采用多元化教学方法,合理运用现代化教学手段,紧贴临床需求。实行鼓励、奖励和激励机制,促进学生全面发展。立德育人,提升专业素质,打造“双高”人才。提高学生对儿科护理学知识的掌握程度和临床实际工作能力,有助于培养出更多的技能型护理人才。 The research analyzes the paediatric nursing course teaching of higher vocational colleges,and finds the problems.It is suggested to adjust curriculum provision,obey talent training model and make knowledge practical and enough;change traditional and simple teaching method,and adopt multiple teaching method,rationally apply modern teaching method,and closely meet the clinical demand;implement encouragement,award and incentive mechanism,and promote the student comprehensive development;educate people with moral education,improve professional quality,and create“two high”kind talent;in order to improve the grasping degree of paediatric nursing knowledge and clinical practical working ability,and to do favor in training more skill-oriented nursing talents.
