在大数据时代,高校学生教育管理工作面临着新的挑战,传统的教育模式无法适应新形势的变化。高校学生教育管理工作要进行创新,要将单一的学生教育管理工作模式转向多元化,充分发挥大学生的主体地位,满足当前社会发展的需要。本研究分析了当前高校学生教育管理工作面临的挑战,指出高校学生教育管理工作创新的必要性,提出大数据时代高校学生教育管理工作创新路径:创新教育管理理念,搭建学生教育平台,加强学生教育管理队伍建设,利用大数据创新学生管理方式,培养出更多高素质的综合型人才。

In big data era,there is great challenge in student education management of colleges and universities.The traditional education model can not meet the changes in the new era.Student education management of colleges and universities should change from the simple model to the diversified one,fully play the main position of students in colleges and universities,and satisfy the social development demand.The research analyzes the challenges of student education management of colleges and universities,points out the necessity of the innovation,proposes the innovation pathway of student education management of colleges and universities in big data era,including innovating education management concept,establishing student education platform,strengthening student education management team construction,using big data to innovate student management method,and training more high quality comprehensive talents.
