摘要
家园共育正面临一些现实突出问题,如将日常教学搬到线上事与愿违,仅靠推送资源事倍功半,缺少沟通,家园各育现象愈演愈烈。传统模式的家园共育策略不尽人意,这是因为幼儿园对儿童发展与线上共育的关系把握不准,教师缺乏对家长育儿方法与行为的引导,家长的育儿理念有偏差,“小学化”教育诉求强烈,幼儿园缺乏对“互联网+”背景下家园共育形式的科学指导。对此,需强化幼儿园和家庭育儿指导能力建设,提高共识共育的双向保教实践水平,创建互联网支持的家园共育新型研培模式,落实家园共育的科学化评价导向。对家长开展科学育儿指导将成为推动家园共育的有效途径,是今后开展家园共育工作的新模式。
There are some problems in education of kindergarten and family,such as the conflict between daily and online teaching,the inefficiency of teaching through transmitting resource,lack of communication,the education separation of the kindergarten and family and the imperfect strategies of traditional model of education of kindergarten and family.The reasons are that kindergartens don’t grasp the relationship between the education of kindergarten,and the education of kindergarten and family;the teachers lack the guidance of the family education method and behavior;family education concept has disadvantages;there is strong requirement of teaching knowledge which should be learned in primary schools;and the kindergartens lack the scientific guidance of education of kindergarten and family under“Internet”background.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the education guidance ability construction of kindergarten and family,improve protection and teaching practice ability of two sides,create new teaching and research model of kindergarten and family under the support of internet,and implement scientific appraisal guidance of education of kindergarten and family.Development of scientific education guidance for parents will become the effective path of promoting education of kindergarten and family.It is the new model of developing education of kindergarten and family in the future.
