As a kind of excellent spirit nutrition,Hunan cuisine contributes to promote the development of Hunan cuisine industry.It is suggested to enrich its culture and connotation,and to comprehensively train the talent qualified with good ability and excellent spiritual quality in the industry.Hunan cuisine industry culture comes from Hunan culture.So it is suggested to make talents understand the core and essence of Hunan cuisine culture in talent training model.And it is suggested to adhere to the development orientation of industry innovation,improve individual career spirit literacy to become the new type talents to meet the demand of the industry.
