中职学生职业素养培养问题与对策研究

Research of the Problems and Countermeasures of Professional Quality Training of Vocational Middle School Students

为创新中职生职业素养的教育方式,提高我国中职生培养质量,分析了培养中职生职业素养的必要性,指出了中职生职业素养培养存在的问题:学生缺乏职业理想信念素养,学校对职业素养的重视度不够,校企协调育人不够深入。从学生自我培养、学校培养以及企业参与三个方面提出了中职生职业素养的培养对策。

In order to innovate the education method of professional quality and to improve the training quality of vocational middle school students,the research analyzes the necessity of professional quality training of vocational middle school students,and points out the problems of professional quality training of vocational middle school students,including lack of focus from the universities,and the not enough cooperation of universities and enterprises in training talents.Countermeasures are proposed,including students self-training,university training and enterprise participation.
