儿童医院发热门诊新冠肺炎疑似病例的管理

Management of Suspected COVID-19 Cases in Children’s Hospital Fever Clinic

新型冠状病毒疫情期间天津市各医院门诊成为防控疫情的重要力量,开设发热门诊和留观病房成为防治新冠肺炎防控医院联合体的主要内容。随着疫情的发展,儿童感染病例逐渐增多,儿童病例诊断难度大,症状表现不典型。更加要规范儿科发热门诊流程及管理加强儿科医护人员的防护培训,做到早发现早报告早隔离早诊断早治疗。本文对儿童发热门诊的管理及防护进行概述对儿童新冠肺炎防治工作的开展具有重要意义。

During the COVID-19 epdemic,the outpatient departments of hospitals in Tianjin became an important force for the prevention of the disease. The establishment of fever clinic and isolation wards became the main content of prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019( COVID-19). With the development of the epidemic,the number of children infections gradually increased,the diagnosis of children cases was difficult and the symptoms were not typical. Furthermore,it was necessary to standardize the procedures and management of pediatric fever clinic,strengthen the protection training of pediatric medical staff,and achieve early detection,early report,early isolation,early diagnosis and early treatment.This paper summarized the management and protection of children’s fever clinic,which was of great significance to the prevention and treatment of children cases.
