摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在留学生泌尿外科临床见习教学的应用效果。方法将PBL联合CBL教学法应用于临床医学本科留学生泌尿外科临床见习教学,与传统讲授教学方法相比较,通过考核和问卷调查分析学习效果。结果实验组在对泌尿系疾病的理论知识掌握、激发学习兴趣、自主学习能力、团队合作意识、疾病的诊治分析和临床思维培养等方面更加满意,理论知识考试成绩和病例分析也是优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法应用于留学生泌尿外科临床见习教学中能够有效提高教学质量并受到留学生的认可。
Objective To investigate the application of PBL and CBL in internship teaching in the department of Urology for international medical students. Methods Applying PBL combined with CBL to the internship teaching in the department of Urology for international medical students( test group) and comparing it with the students using traditional teaching methods(control group) through questionnaire survey and performance analysis. Results The data showed that compared with those students in the control group,the students in the test group are more satisfied with mastering theoretical knowledge of urinary tract diseases,inspiring learning interest,independent learning ability,teamwork awareness,diagnosis and treatment analysis of diseases and clinical thinking training. The theoretical examination results and case analysis ability of the test group were also better than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion It showed that the combination of PBL and CBL teaching can effectively improve the quality of internship teaching in the department of Urology for international medical students,which is recognized by most of the students.
