闭环式管理在外来医疗器械及植入物再处理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过闭环式管理模式,完善对使用后外来医疗器械及植入物的再处理流程,提高再处理数量,保障医疗安全。方法采用闭环式管理模式,利用医院内信息化系统实现对器械科、临床科室、手术室、消毒供应中心和外来厂商等多部门对使用后外来医疗器械及植入物再处理进行可追溯管理。专人专岗,全员培训,消除隐患,控制环节,持续改进,制定规范、有效、实用的再处理流程。故对2018年1月—2018年12月的264包外来医疗器械及植入物未实施闭环式管理为对照组对2019年1月—2019年12月的245包外来医疗器械及植入物实施闭环管理为观察组。对比两组再处理数量与清洗合格率、信息完整率、准时供应率。结果经闭环式管理后,观察组再处理数量所占百分比(94%)高于对照组(75%),且观察组清洗合格率、信息完整率与准时供应率均高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用后的外来器械及植入物在处理中实施闭环式管理,可促使各职能部门自觉履行各自在管理的职责,互相协作,规范操作流程,有效提高再处理数量提高消毒、灭菌质量保障治疗安全,有效预防医疗风险的发生,值得推广。 Objective Through the closed-loop management mode,we intend to improve the reprocessing process of external medical instruments and implants after use,increase the number of reprocessing,and ensure medical safety. Methods The closed-loop management mode is adopted,and the information system in the hospital is used to realize the traceability management for the reprocessing of external medical instruments and implants after use in the equipment department,clinical department,operating room,disinfection supply center,foreign manufacturers and other departments. Other measures adopted include specially assigned person,full staff training,elimination of hidden dangers,control of links,continuous improvement,formulation of standardized,effective and practical reprocessing process. Therefore,264 sets of external medical instruments and implants from January 2018 to December 2018,which were not subject to closed-loop management,were selected as the control group,and 245 sets of external medical instruments and implants from January 2019 to December 2019,which were subject to closed-loop management,were selected as the observation group. The quantity of reprocessing and the rate of qualified cleaning,the rate of complete information and the rate of on-time supply were compared between the two groups. Results After closed-loop management,the percentage of reprocessing in the observation group( 94%) was higher than that in the control group( 75%),and the rate of qualified cleaning,complete information and on-time supply in the observation group were higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of closed-loop management in the treatment of external instruments and implants after use can make all functional departments consciously perform their respective management responsibilities,cooperate with each other,standardize the operation process,effectively increase the number of reprocessing,improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization,ensure the treatment safety and effectively prevent the occurrence of medical risks,which is worth promoting.
