介入手术室“智能柜+SPD”耗材管理模式的构建及应用

Study on Construction and Application of “Intelligent Cabinet + SPD” Consumable Management Mode in Interventional Operating Room

目的探究介入手术室"智能柜+SPD"耗材管理模式的构建情况及应用效果。方法以我院介入手术室耗材管理为研究对象,以"智能柜+SPD"耗材管理模式上线时间为节点,分为上线前(2019年6月—2019年11月)和上线后(2019年12月—2020年5月),各6个月时间。上线前采用常规耗材管理方法,上线后采用"智能柜+SPD"耗材管理模式。比较上线前后耗材库存盘点收费情况,并比较上线前后医生的满意度。结果上线后每日耗材盘点时间短于上线前(P <0.05)。上线后收费正确率为99.46%,高于上线前(97.90%)(P <0.05);上线后收费时间短于上线前(P <0.05)。上线后介入手术室医生的满意度为95.83%,高于管理模式上线前(P <0.05)。结论"智能柜+SPD"耗材管理模式能够有效缩短耗材盘点时间,降低手术收费错误率,缩短收费时间,同时提高介入手术室医生的满意度,提高整体的耗材管理质量。

Objective To explore the construction and application effect of"intelligent cabinet + SPD"consumable management mode in interventional operating room. Methods Taking the consumables management in the intervention operating room of our hospital as the research object,taking the online launch time of "smart 4 cabinet + SPD"consumables management mode as a midpoint,thus a six-month period before the online( June 2019-November 2019) and another six-month period after the online( December 2019-May 2020). Conventional consumables management method is adopted before the launch,and"intelligent cabinet + SPD"consumables management mode is adopted after the launch. Compare the charge of consumables inventory before and after the launch,and compare the satisfaction of doctors before and after the launch. Results The daily check time of consumables after the launch was shorter than that before launch( P < 0. 05). The accuracy rate of charge after the launch was 99. 46%,higher than that before the launch( 97. 90%)( P < 0. 05),and the charge time after the launch was shorter than that before the launch( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction of the doctors in the intervention operating room was 95. 83%,higher than that before the management mode was put on line( P < 0. 05). Conclusion"Intelligent cabinet + SPD"consumables management mode can effectively shorten the time of consumables inventory,reduce the error rate of operation charges,and shorten the charging time. At the same time,improve the satisfaction of the doctors in the interventional operating room,and improve the overall quality of consumables management.
