广西壮族自治区三甲医院微信公众平台功能建设现状及发展对策

The Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of WeChat Public Platform Function Construction in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s Class A Tertiary Hospitals

随着信息技术在医院的广泛应用和现代医院管理科学的飞速发展,医院信息化的重要性已得到人们的普遍认同越来越多医院使用微信公众平台。医院微信公众平台是医院为患者服务提高就医效率,增强医院信息化建设的重要工具。本文主要是以广西壮族自治区53家三甲医院为调查对象,以微信公众平台菜单功能实现情况为调研对象,系统分析三甲医院内微信公众号菜单功能建设现状以及广西壮族自治区内各市区微信公众平台的功能差异进而为医院未来建设或优化微信公众平台实现各项功能,提供数据参考,为患者提供更加优质与便捷的医疗服务。

With the wide application of information technology in hospitals and the rapid development of modern hospital management science,the importance of hospital informatization has been generally recognized,and more and more hospitals use We Chat public platform. The We Chat public platform for hospitals is an important tool for hospitals to serve patients,improve medical treatment efficiency and enhance hospital information construction. This article mainly takes 53 Class A tertiary hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,and takes the implementation of We Chat public platform menu function as the research object,systematically analyzes the current situation of We Chat public number menu function construction in these hospitals and the functional differences of We Chat public platforms in various urban areas in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,so as to construct or optimize We Chat public platform for hospitals in the future,realize various functions,provide data reference,and provide better quality and convenient medical services for patients.
