摘要
以国内某LNG转运站30000 m^3容积LNG储罐为例,介绍了最大日蒸发率设计时需考虑的因素,分析了不同日蒸发率下LNG储罐的保冷材料费用及其运行费用。当日蒸发率设计为0.08%/d时,储罐保冷材料费用约占储罐成本的5.2%,符合一般LNG储罐保冷材料成本占比。该研究可为30000~100000 m^3容积LNG储罐日蒸发率的设计提供参考。
The factors to be considered in the design of maximum daily boil-off rate were introduced, and the cold insulation materials and operation costs of LNG storage tank under different daily boil-off rates were analyzed by the example of a 30000 m^3 LNG storage tank in a domestic LNG transfer-terminal. When the design value of daily boil-off rate was 0.08 %/d, the cost of the cold insulation materials accounts for about 5.2% of the storage tank cost, which is in line with the proportion of the cold insulation materials cost for the general LNG storage tank. The research can provide a reference for the design of the daily boil-off rate of 30000-100000 m^3 LNG storage tanks.
