摘要
类石墨烯二硫化钼(MoS 2)是一种具有超薄层状结构的新型二维半导体材料。由于其具有可控带隙及特殊的六方晶系结构,表现出优异的电学、光学、热学和机械性能,从而受到了纳米电子器件、光电子器件和传感等领域研究者的广泛关注。本文介绍了类石墨烯MoS 2的基本结构,对其常用的合成方法及应用进行了重点综述,并展望了其未来的研究发展趋势和面临的挑战。
Graphene-like molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)is novel two-dimensional semiconductor material with ultra-thin layered structure.Due to controllable band gap and special hexagonal crystal structure,it has shown excellent electrical,optical,thermal and mechanical properties,which has attracted extensive attention from researchers in the fields of nanoscale electronic devices,optoelectronic devices and sensors.The basic structure of graphene-like MoS2 is introduced,its common synthesis and applications are reviewed,and its future research trends and challenges are forecasted.
