摘要
通过介绍孔式管道气动取样机的结构特点及工作原理,阐述了孔式取样机在选矿厂的应用情况,结合现场同班次机械取样和人工取样数据对比,说明该取样机适用于工艺流程长的矿浆管道采样,采样代表性强,误差小,维护保养周期长,降低了工人的劳动强度。
By introducing the structure characteristics and working principle of pneumatic pipe sampler,this paper expounds the application of the hole sampler in the dressing plant,by combining the comparison of the mechanical and manual sampling data of the same shift on the spot,explains that the sampler is suitable for the slurry pipe sampling with long technological process,and the sampler has strong representativeness and small error,the long maintenance cycle reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
