摘要
MoS2纳米粒子在有机溶剂中容易团聚,需要对其表观形貌进行调控以改善其分散性。本文以表面活性剂促助法制备MoS2,在制备过程中通过表面活性剂的种类和含量调控其表观形貌,并研究了所制备MoS2对润滑油摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:以十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂,在N2气氛下煅烧3 h所得的球状MoS2纳米粒子结构均匀,能够极大改善润滑油的摩擦性能。
MoS2 nanoparticles are easily aggregated in organic solvents,thus the morphology of MoS2 needs to be regulated to improve their dispersion.In this paper,MoS2 with different morphologies were prepared by surfactant facilitation method,and their apparent morphologies were regulated by the type of surfactant during the preparation process,and the influence of the prepared MoS2 on the lubrication properties of lubricating oil was also studied.The results show that the spherical MoS2 nanoparticles obtained by calcination of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in N 2 atmosphere for 3 h exhibit a uniform structure,and the friction performance of the lubricating oil is further improved.
