艾斯西酞普兰治疗老年带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Escitalopram in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨老年带状疱疹后疼痛患者(PHN)应用艾司西酞普兰治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月~2018年12月我院及广州中医药大学顺德医院收治的老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者60例,按随机表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。观察组予常规治疗+艾司西酞普兰治疗,对照组予常规治疗。于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、3、4周末进行疗效评定,观察两组患者汉密顿焦虑抑郁量表及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果治疗第2周后,观察组HAMD、HAMA、VAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年带状疱疹后神经痛患者多存在焦虑抑郁情绪,而艾司西酞普兰能明显改善焦虑与抑郁情绪,有效帮助缓解疼痛,可促进患者的早日康复。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of escitalopram in the treatment of elderly patients with post-herpet-ic neuralgia(PHN).Methods60 elderly patients with PHN in our hospital and Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University oftraditional Chinese medicine from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observationgroup,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given conventional treatment plus escitalopram treatment, while thecontrol group was given conventional treatment. The curative effect was evaluated before treatment and 1,2,3,4 weeks aftertreatment.Hamilton Anxiety and depression scale and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were observed in the two groups ofpatients.Results2 weeks after treatment,HAMD,HAMA and VAS scores of the observation group were better than those ofthe control group(P<0.05).ConclusionElderly patients with PHN have anxiety and depression,and escitalopram can signifi-cantly improve anxiety and depression,effectively help relieve pain, and promote the early recovery of patients.
