2012年至2019年参加美国病理家协会自身抗体项目能力验证的结果分析

An Analysis of Autoantibodies Testing Results from College of American Pathologists Proficiency Testing During 2012-2019

目的汇总我室参加美国病理家学会(College of American Pathologists,CAP)自身抗体项目的能力比对结果,发现问题并进行整改,提高专业组对自身抗体项目的检测能力和结果准确性。方法回顾分析2012年至2019年参加CAP自身抗体项目情况。按照临床常规样本对待收到的PT样本,在规定日期内通过网络将上述结果反馈给CAP。根据CAP反馈结果,专业组对未评分项目开展自我评估,对不合格项目进行原因分析。结果2012年至2019年我室参加的CAP自身抗体能力比对共计17项、402项次,8年总合格率为98%。13项参评项目的8年总符合率为100%,4个参评项目总符合率未达到100%,项目以及总符合率分别是抗平滑肌抗体(ASMA)90%、抗组蛋白抗体(AHT)92%、抗SSA抗体(SSA)94%、抗胃壁细胞抗体(APC)96%。结论实验室对于自身抗体检测能力较好,对于不合格项目进行原因分析并持续改进,保证实验室检测准确性。

Objective To analyze antibodies detection results from College of American Pathologists(CAP)proficiency testing(PT)from 2012 to 2019,in order to identify the existing problems and improve the laboratory detection ability and accuracy of autoantibodies analysis.Methods We conducted a retrospective analysis on results of CAP autoantibodies program from 2012 to 2019.We processed the PT specimens in the same manner as patient specimens and reported the result online to CAP before the deadline.Then,we performed a self-evaluation for the ungraded analyses and analyzed the potential reasons for the unacceptable results.Results The overall qualified rate during 2012-2019 was 98%,in which we participated 402 items of CAP autoantibodies.From 2012 to 2019,a total of 13 of 17 analyses achieved full scores,whereas four analyses were not fully scored.The analyses and acceptable rates were 90%of ASMA,92%of AHT,94%of SSA and 96%of APC.Conclusion Our laboratory has a good autoantibody testing ability.We can identify deficiencies and perform a continuously improvements so as to ensure the accuracy of laboratory testing.
