Through the analysis of the rebates and other crime risks related to the purchase of medical consumables,the article proposed to improve the management system of medical consumables procurement,strengthen the internal management of the medical consumables procurement department,strengthen the training of personnel related to the procurement of medical consumables,and use information-based supervision methods to improve medical consumables procurement management.It provided reference for the establishment of a clean risk prevention and control management mechanism related to the procurement with clear risks,clear responsibilities,standardized procedures,and effective supervision.
