“三生”理念在脊柱外科医患沟通中的应用与效果分析

摘要 目的探讨“三生”理念在脊柱外科医患沟通中的应用效果。方法选择本院脊柱外科收治的128例患者作为研究对象,将2017年9月至2018年9月收治的64例患者作为对照组,实施常规医患沟通方式,将2018年10月至2019年9月收治的64例患者作为观察组,实施“三生”理念进行沟通。观察实施沟通前后,两组患者焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分、治疗依从率、医患沟通时间、医患沟通质量评分及患者对医患沟通的满意度。结果实施后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分降低,且观察组评分低于对照组(p<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从率92.19%(59/64),高于对照组的76.56%(49/64)(p<0.05);观察组医患沟通平均时间显著长于对照组,服务态度、投诉纠纷、知晓注意事项及医患沟通质量总得分均高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组患者对医患沟通的满意度为95.31%(61/64),高于对照组的82.81%(53/64)(p<0.05)。结论“三生”理念在脊柱外科医患沟通中应用价值高,能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁负面情绪,提高治疗依从率。同时,明显增加了医患沟通时间,提高了医患沟通质量和患者对医患沟通的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of Life-Alive-Living concept in the doctor-patient communication in spinal surgery.Methods A total of 128 patients admitted to the spinal surgery of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The 64 patients admitted from September 2017 to September 2018 were taken as the control group,and the routine doctor-patient communication method was adopted.The 64 patients admitted from October 2018 to September 2019 were taken as the observation group,and the communication based on Life-Alive-Living concept was adopted.The two groups were observed for Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),treatment compliance rate,doctor-patient communication time,score of doctor-patient communication quality,and patients'satisfaction with doctor-patient communication before and after the communication.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower after communication,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 92.19%(59/64),which was higher than that of the control group(76.56%,49/64)(p<0.05).The average doctor-patient communication time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the scores of service attitude,complaint dispute and awareness of cautions and total score of doctor-patient communication quality were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).The patients'satisfaction rate with doctor-patient communication of the observation group was 95.31%(61/64),which was higher than that of the control group(82.81%,53/64)(p<0.05).Conclusion The Life-Alive-Living concept has high application value in the doctorpatient communication in spinal surgery.It can effectively relieve patients'anxiety and depression,and improve treatment compliance.At the same time,it significantly increases the time for doctor-patient communication,and improves the quality and patients'satisfaction of doctor-patient communication.
