摘要
目的分析倒班护士昼夜节律类型、心理弹性与职业倦怠的关系,探讨心理弹性在昼夜节律类型与职业倦怠间的作用。方法选取2019年10月—12月温州市中医院工作的129名护士进行问卷调查,内容包括:一般资料调查表、职业倦怠量表、心理弹性量表简化版及昼夜节律类型量表。结果护士职业倦怠总分为43.68±22.53分。相关分析显示,职业倦怠总分与灵活性/刚性得分及心理弹性得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.429、-0.640,p<0.01),与困倦/活力得分呈显著正相关(r=0.443,p<0.01)。Bootstrap检验中介效应显示,心理弹性在昼夜节律类型与职业倦怠间具有中介效应。结论倒班护士昼夜节律类型是影响职业倦怠的因素,心理弹性在昼夜节律类型与职业倦怠间具有中介效应。
Objective To explore the relationship between circadian rhythm type,psychological resilience and job burnout in nurses,and to examine the mediating effect of psychological resilience between circadian type and job burnout.Methods A total of 129 nurses who worked in Wenzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October to November 2019 were included and investigated using questionnaires,including general information questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC10),and Circadian Type Inventory(CTI).Results The total score of job burnout in the nurses was 43.68±22.53.Correlation analysis showed that the total score of job burnout was significantly negatively related to the score of flexibility or rigidity and resilience(r=-0.429,-0.640,p<0.01),respectively;and was positively related to the score of sleepiness or vitality(r=0.443,p<0.01).Bootstrap test indicated that psychological resilience significantly had mediating effect between circadian type and job burnout.Conclusion Circadian type could affect job burnout in the nurses,and psychological resilience has mediating effect between circadian type and job burnout.
