网络课堂在血液科新入职护士规范化培训中的应用研究

Study on Application of Online Class in New Nurses Standardized Training of Hematology Department

目的探讨钉钉网络课堂在血液科新入职护士规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法选择2017年8月至2019年8月我科新入职并参加规范化培训的护士36名,将2017年8月至2018年7月于我科轮转的新入职护士作为对照组,2018年8月至2019年8月于我科轮转的新入职护士作为观察组。对照组采用常规的临床护理教学模式进行培训,观察组采用基于钉钉网络课堂教学模式进行培训。结果规范化培训结束,观察组新入职护士理论知识及操作技能成绩均高于对照组(p<0.05),观察组的带教老师和新入职护士互评满意度均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论基于钉钉网络课堂的血液科新入职护士规范化培训,能有效提高新入职护士的理论知识考试和操作技能考核成绩,使其尽快适应临床工作。

Objective To explore the application and effect of DingTalk online class in the standardized training of new nurses in hematology department.Methods Thirty-six new nurses in our department from August 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled as the participants.The new nurses from August 2017 to July 2018 were taken as the control group and trained with routine clinical nursing teaching model.The new nurses from August 2018 to 2019 were in the observation group and trained with DingTalk online class teaching model.Results After the completion of standardized training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).The mutual satisfaction between teachers and new nurses in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of DingTalk online class in the standardized training of new nurses in hematology department can improve their scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skill,and enable them to adjust to clinical work soon.
