智能轨道式巡检机器人在海洋石油平台首次应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目前海上石油行业正在飞速发展,平台的建设也逐步增加,无人平台也慢慢增加。在应对当前“三新三化”政策,海上石油平台将以轨道巡检机器人来取代人工巡检开关间,来实现电力设备的巡检,这将是海上石油平台向全智能型平台迈进的一大步。现海上石油平台还未有一款真正适用于海上石油平台的机器人,原因在于,其无法适应海上的恶劣环境,腐蚀性严重、湿度大、伴随着晃动、电气间空间狭小。因此,将对智能轨道式巡检机器人进行海上特定化的改进,来达到完全适用于海上石油平台的智能巡检机器人。 At present,the offshore oil industry is developing rapidly,the construction of platforms is also gradually increasing,and unmanned platforms are also slowly increasing.In response to the current“three new and three modernizations”policy,the offshore oil platform will replace the manual inspection switch room with the orbital inspection robot to realize the inspection of the electrical equipment,which will make the offshore oil platform step forward to the full intelligent platform.At present,there is no robot that is really suitable for offshore oil platform.The reason is that it can’t adapt to the vicious environment at sea,with serious corrosion,high humidity,accompanied by shaking,and narrow electrical space.Therefore,we will improve the intelligent orbit inspection robot on the sea,so as to achieve the intelligent inspection robot which is completely suitable for the offshore oil platform.
