摘要
探讨了回流脱水时间对(采用1套及2套分水器)双酚S合成过程的影响规律及机理。结果表明,如果分水器为2套,将使分水效率得到明显的提升,回流反应所用时间将相应减少,而产品的粗收率将有一定的增加。
In the current work,the influence law and mechanism of the reflux dehydration time on the synthesis process of bisphenol S(using 1 set and 2 sets of water traps)is discussed.The results show that if there are 2 sets of water traps,the separation The water efficiency is significantly improved,the time for the reflux reaction will be reduced correspondingly,and the crude yield of the product will be increased to a certain extent.
