Study on Water Production Efficiency of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Technology——Taking the Reverse Osmosis Water Making System of Henan Vocational College of Applied Technology as an Example

摘要 以河南应用技术职业学院反渗透制水系统为实验对象,结合系统运行浊度、温度、脱盐率等指标要求,通过实验找出反渗透系统最佳的控制压力,在该控制压力下,系统产水通量大、水质高(脱盐率高)、原水消耗低,即产水效能最大化。为设备在最佳效能下操作提供了技术依据。 The reverse osmosis water making system of Henan Vocational College of applied technology is taken as the experimental object,according to the requirements of turbidity,temperature,desalination rate and other indicators of the system,the best control pressure of reverse osmosis system is found by experiment,at this control pressure,the system has high water production flux,high water quality(high desalination rate),and raw water consumption,namely:maximize water production efficiency,so as to provide technical basis for equipment operation under the best efficiency.
