以人因主导的视角探索高校实验室发展建设过程中安全事故屡发不止的本质,分析了高校实验室危险源人因主导阶段性转变的特征,归纳现有实验室安全管理中安全教育不全面、实验室建设滞后与安全防控体系革新脱节等问题,从安全教育全过程覆盖、规章制度完善、防控设施建设和应急预案健全等方面提出人因主导危险源的防控措施,将实验室安全工作的重心前移至人因主导危险源的防控上,为高校实验室的发展建设、安全防控提供参考与借鉴。
