Safety Management Strategy of Hazardous Chemical Process

化工行业是我国的重点行业,化工产品是许多行业的生产必需品,人们日常生活中接触到的各种物品,有许多都是化工行业的产物,比如塑料等。化工生产具有危险性高的特点,在危险化工工艺生产过程中,任何一个疏忽或者操作失误,都可能会引发严重的化工事故,化工事故的危害性通常比一般行业的事故更加重大,会对工作人员的生命造成严重的威胁,基于此,加强安全管理是非常必要的。主要对此进行简要的阐述,并且提出了几点建议。

Chemical industry is a key industry in China,and the development of chemical industry is of great significance.At the same time,chemical products are the production necessities of many industries.Many of the articles that people come into contact with in daily life are the products of chemical industry,such as plastics,etc.Chemical production has the characteristics of high risk.In the production process of dangerous chemical process,any negligence or operation error may lead to serious chemical accidents.The harmfulness of chemical accidents is usually more serious than that of general industries,which will cause serious threat to the lives of staff.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen safety management.This paper briefly describes this,and puts forward some humble opinions.
