循环流化床锅炉脱硫系统运行现状分析及优化途径

摘要 在现代工业体系中,热力发电是现代电力生产的重要来源之一。根据现行的《大气污染防治标准》,以燃烧形式发电的电力场所,煤炭燃烧时废气的排放必须低于固定的标准。由于实际燃烧中使用的煤炭各有差异,需在锅炉燃烧时对煤炭进行脱硫处理。根据目前循环流化床锅炉脱硫系统存在的问题进行分析,总结现有半干法脱硫系统的优势及存在的问题,并提出改进建议。 In the modern industrial system,thermal power generation is one of the important sources of modern electricity generation.According to the current“Air Pollution Prevention and Control Standards”,the emission of exhaust gas when coal is burned in power generation sites in the form of combustion must be lower than the fixed standard.Since the actual coal used for combustion is different,it is necessary to perform a unified desulfurization treatment on the coal when the boiler is burned.According to the analysis of the existing desulfurization system of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,summarize the advantages and existing problems of the existing semi-dry desulfurization system,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
