基于模糊信息公理的水利工程规划方案选择 被引量:4

摘要 针对考虑指标期望的水利工程规划方案选择问题,提出基于模糊信息公理的水利工程规划语义方案选择方法。首先,专家小组利用语言短语对水利工程规划备选方案给出评价信息,决策者利用语言短语形式的信息针对各评价指标提供相应的期望信息;其次,根据语言短语和模糊数的转化公式将语言短语形式的评价信息和指标期望分别转化为基于模糊数的水利工程规划备选方案评价信息和期望信息;再次,根据模糊信息公理计算水利工程规划语义备选方案在各个指标下的信息量,进而淘汰不满足决策者期望的备选方案;最后,根据各指标信息量和相应的指标权重,确定满足决策者期望的水利工程规划备选方案的综合信息量,并根据综合信息量的大小确定备选方案的优劣排序,进而选择出最优的规划方案。通过案例比较分析表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 To solve a selection of water conservancy project planning alternative considering index expectation,an approach of selecting water conservancy project planning alternatives was proposed based on a fuzzy information axiom.The linguistic evaluation information with respect to the performances of water conservancy project planning alternatives was provided by experts,and the linguistic expectation information was provided by decision makers.Linguistic expectation information and linguistic evaluation information were transformed into the corresponding fuzzy number-based linguistic expectation information and fuzzy number-based linguistic evaluation information respectively.The information contents of water conservancy project planning alternatives with respect to each criterion were determined according to the ideas of fuzzy information axiom.According to the integration of information content and the relative index weight,the project planning alternatives that satisfied the expectations of decision makers would be eliminated,the overall information contents of the rest project planning alternatives were acquired,and then the optimal project planning alternative was selected by ranking of the rest overall information contents.An example was provided to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
