摘要
选取电主轴温升为研究对象,分别验证油气润滑系统与冷却系统的工作参数对高速电主轴工作性能的影响。采用单一因素实验法,通过电主轴实验平台对不同工况下电主轴后端轴承温升进行实验分析。结果表明:在冷却水流量为0.34 L/min、润滑压力为0.40 MPa、供油间隔为120 s时电主轴温升较小。
Taking the temperature rise of motorized spindle as research object,the influences of water cooling system and oil and gas lubrication system’s working parameters on the working performance of high-speed motorized spindle were verified separately.The single factor experiment method was used in the experiment to analyze the rear bearing temperature rise of motorized spindle under different working conditions through the motorized spindle experimental platform.The experiment results show that the temperature is minimal when the cooling water flow rate is 0.34 L/min,the air pressure is 0.40 MPa and the oil supply intervals is 120 s.
