摘要
为提高柴油发电机喷油器上带锥度微小孔的加工质量和效率,基于现有的电火花线切割机床设计了集电火花钻孔和电火花线切割于一体的集成加工系统,由微能脉冲电源,X、Y、Z三轴联动伺服系统,走丝系统,高精度主轴和工作液循环系统等组成,并对各个部分进行了详细设计。试验结果表明:该系统具有较好的可行性和可靠性,能够提高产品加工质量和效率,对扩展电火花集成加工技术的应用领域具有一定的参考价值。
To improve the processing quality and efficiency of small tapered holes on the injector of diesel generator,based on existing WEDM machine tools,an integrated EDM drilling and WEDM system was designed.It consisted of micro-energy pulse power supply,X,Y,Z three-axis linkage servo system,wire traveling system,high precision spindle and working fluid circulation system.Each part was designed in detail.The validation test result shows that the system has good feasibility and reliability,can improve product processing quality and efficiency,and has a certain reference value for expanding the application field of EDM technology.
