双啮合弦线转子泵的设计及流量分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了降低弦线转子泵的流量脉动率和提高转子的面积利用系数,提出具有两对转子的双啮合弦线转子泵。分析转子径距比对弦线转子泵脉动率和转子面积利用系数的影响;探究双啮合弦线转子泵流量脉动率与两对转子之间的差动角大小的关系,得出了当差动角α=π/(2z)时,双啮合弦线转子泵的脉动率为0;且此时通过增大转子径距比可提高转子面积利用系数,使转子面积利用系数由原来的24.5%提高到45.1%。研究结果表明:双啮合弦线转子泵具有转子面积利用系数高、无流量脉动的特点。 In order to reduce the flow pulsation rate of the string rotor pump and increase the area utilization coefficient of the rotor,a double meshing string rotor pump with two pairs of rotors was proposed.The influence of the rotor pitch ratio on the pulsation rate of the rotor pump and the rotor area utilization factor was analyzed,the relationship between the flow pulsation rate of the double meshing rotor pump and the differential angle between the two pairs of rotors was investigated.It is concluded that when the differential angleα=π/(2 z),the pulsation rate of the double meshing string rotor pump is 0;at this time,the rotor area ratio can be increased by increasing the rotor pitch ratio,so that the rotor area utilization factor is increased from 24.5%to 45.1%.The research results show that the double meshing string rotor pump has the characteristics of high rotor area utilization coefficient and no flow pulsation.
