摘要
助力下肢外骨骼是一种可穿戴于人体的智能机械设备,能够大幅增强穿戴者体力或帮助有行走障碍的使用者行走。可应用于军事、救灾、医疗、体力工作等诸多方面,具有广阔的发展前景。由于其独特的优越性,近年来下肢外骨骼技术发展迅速。从负重型和康复型下肢外骨骼两个方面,综述了当前国内外研究现状,详细分析了在助力外骨骼研发中需要解决的关键技术,并展望了今后的发展方向。
Booster lower extremity exoskeleton is a wearable intelligent mechanical device that can greatly enhance the wearer s physical strength or help users with walking disorders to walk.They can be used in military,disaster relief,medical treatment,physical work and other aspects,and has a broad development prospects.Due to its unique advantages,the technique of lower extremity exoskeleton has developed rapidly in recent years.The current research status at home and abroad was reviewed from two aspects:heavy load and rehabilitative lower extremity exoskeletons.The key technologies that needed to be solved in the research and development of exoskeleton were analyzed in detail,and the development direction of exoskeleton was prospected.
