我国心脏康复发展现状

Current Status of Cardiac Rehabilitation in China

近年随着社会老龄化和城市化进程加快,居民不健康生活方式流行,心血管疾病(CVD)发病率呈逐年升高趋势,但医疗水平的进步及发病年龄的年轻化又使CVD带病生存患者数量急剧增加,医疗负担持续加重,故如何提高CVD患者预后成为我国医疗行业面临的重大考验。研究表明,心脏康复可使CVD患者猝死率降低37%,心源性死亡率降低26%~31%,全因死亡率降低15%~28%;此外其还可通过改变患者生活方式等手段而控制CVD危险因素,进而达到延缓疾病进展、降低不良心血管事件发生及再住院率等目的,可见针对CVD患者开展心脏康复刻不容缓。但我国心脏康复起步相对较晚。本文就目前我国心脏康复发展现状进行综述,以期为推动我国心脏康复的发展提供一定帮助。

In recent years,with the acceleration of social aging and urbanization,unhealthy lifestyle of residents is becoming more prevalent,and the incidence of cardiovascular disease(CVD)is increasing year by year.However,with the improvement of medical level and the younger age of onset,the number of patients living with CVD increase sharply,and the medical burden continue to increase.Therefore,how to improve the prognosis of CVD patients has become an important test for the medical industry in China.The research showed that cardiac rehabilitation can reduce the rate of sudden death of CVD patients by 37%,cardiac mortality by 26%-31%,and the all-cause mortality by 15%-28%.It can also control the risk factors of CVD by changing the lifestyle of patients,so as to delay the progress of the disease,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events and readmission rate.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out cardiac rehabilitation for CVD patients.However,cardiac rehabilitation started relatively late in China,this paper reviewed the current situation of cardiac rehabilitation in China,to provide some help for development of cardiac rehabilitation in China,.
