Cultivation of Newcomers of the Times in Labor Education from the Perspective of Marxism

作为满足生产、生活和发展需要的活动,劳动是国家社会发展和人的发展的必要条件。新时代下加强劳动教育,使时代新人在人的本质活动中增强劳动意识,在提升劳动积极性中实现人生价值,在营造良好氛围中强化责任担当。随着社会思潮多元化发展,时代新人的劳动品德、劳动态度和劳动意志教育方面发生很多改变,面临着新的机遇和挑战。以马克思主义劳动观为指导,从劳动是一切历史的前提和基础,劳动是财富创造的源泉,以及劳动是提升人生境界的载体出发,使时代新人深刻理解劳动的重要性和价值。习近平总书记提出要培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,应是有担当的、德智体美劳全面发展的人才。树立科学的劳动观是劳动教育的关键,开展劳动教育关乎个人的发展道路,事关民族的希望和未来。在调研、分析和归纳的基础上,课题组探究展开劳动教育的具体路径,以期为加强劳动教育提供借鉴。

As an activity that meets the needs of production,life and development,labor is a necessary condition for a country’s social development and human development.Strengthen labor education in the new era so that newcomers of the era can enhance their labor awareness in human essential activities,realize the value of life in the promotion of labor enthusiasm,and strengthen responsibility in creating a good atmosphere.With the diversified development of social thoughts,many changes have taken place in the labor morality,labor attitude and labor will education of the newcomers of the era,and they are facing new opportunities and challenges.Guided by the Marxist view of labor and starting from the ideas that labor is the prerequisite and foundation of all history,labor is the source of wealth creation,and labor is the carrier of improving the realm of life,the newcomers of the era can deeply understand the importance and value of labor.General Secretary Xi proposed that,to cultivate newcomers who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation,there should be talents with all round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.Establishing a scientific view of labor is the key to labor education.Labor education is related to the path of personal development and the hope and future of the nation.On the basis of investigation,analysis and induction,the specific path of labor education is explored in order to provide reference for strengthening labor education.
