摘要
2017年福建省教育厅启动实施“义务教育教改示范性建设学校”培育项目,旨在培育树立一批在育人模式、课堂教学、学科建设、教学管理、教育评价等方面有典型经验和典型做法的学校,并辐射带动区域薄弱学校,实现义务教育优质均衡发展。调研发现,教育行政部门、学校负责人、教师、学生等四个主要因素对教改示范校项目的推进程度和培育质量有显著相关。针对教改示范校培育过程中存在的不足,应构建外优内强、有效引领的驱动机制,激发要素动能,推动教改成果发挥示范辐射作用,进一步提升培育的整体质量。
In 2017,Fujian Provincial Department of Education initiated the implementation of the compulsory education reform model school training project,aiming to cultivate a group of schools with typical experience and typical practices in such aspects as education mode,classroom teaching,subject construction,teaching management and education evaluation with a view to influencing and encouraging weak schools in the region to achieve high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education.The survey found that the four main factors of education administration,school leaders,teachers,and students are significantly related to the promotion and the cultivation quality of the educational reform model school project.Therefore,in view of the shortcomings in the training process of the teaching reform model schools,a driving mechanism that is excellent at the outside and strong at the inside and effective in guidance should be constructed to stimulate the kinetic energy of the elements,promote the teaching reform results to give full play to demonstration and influencing,and further improve the overall quality of cultivation.
