转化药学教育模式 培养人才创新能力

Cultivation of Talents Innovation Ability by Translational Pharmaceutical Education Mode

随着我国现代医药产业的快速发展,传统药学专业人才培养模式缺点逐渐显露,药学教育模式急需改革。从多角度分析传统药学教育模式在药学专业学生创新能力培养方面的欠缺,阐述药学专业创新型人才培养的必要性。基于“转化药学”背景,以哈尔滨医科大学药学院为例,从转变培养模式、优化课程体系、依托科学研究资源及临床医疗资源、加强师资队伍及实习基地建设、建立考核监控体系与激励机制等多个层面展开探讨,探索推进转化药学教育模式的途径以及提升药学人才创新能力的方法。

With the rapid development of modern pharmaceutical industry in China,the shortcomings of traditional pharmacy talents training model have gradually emerged,which is in urgent need of reform.From a multi-angle analysis of the traditional pharmacy education models lack of training pharmacy students innovative ability and innovative pharmacy professionals.Based on the background of“translational medicine”,the School of Pharmacy of Harbin Medical University,has changed the training model,optimized the curriculum system,relied on scientific research resources and clinical medical resources,strengthened the construction of teaching staff and practice bases,established evaluation and monitoring systems and incentive mechanisms in order to promote the transformation of pharmacy education mode and the method to enhance the innovation ability of pharmacy talents.
