药学硕士专业学位研究生个性化培养模式探索

Exploration on the Individualized Training Mode of Professional Master Degree in Pharmacy

随着我国医药行业的快速发展,医药工业各领域对创新应用型人才的需求量极速提升,探索药学专业学位研究生人才培养新模式愈显必要。鉴于培养模式现状及存在问题,尝试采用“个性化”模式培养优秀的药学硕士专业学位研究生。该模式在课题设计、导师队伍组建、教学内容优化以及校内技术创新与基地开发实践衔接等方面做出有益探索。

With the rapid development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry,there occurs a huge demand for innovative and practical talents in various fields of pharmaceutical industry,and so it is very necessary to explore new training models of professional Master degree in pharmacy.Given the current training status and the inherent shortcomings,an“individualized”training mode has been adopted,aiming at training the talent with a good quality.The mode exploration has focused on the project design,the construction of tutor team,the optimization of teaching content and the connection between the technical innovation in the school and the technical development in the practice base.
