摘要
以深圳市公共图书馆微信公众号发布的推文为研究对象,采集各个图书馆微信公众号在这期间发布的所有推文,进行统计、分析和归类。根据公共图书馆业务类型及推文内容,将微信推送的服务分为馆情资讯、读者活动、资源推介以及其他读者服务四类。疫情期间,各个图书馆以读者为本,读者服务不打烊;数字资源服务优势凸显;重视开展疫情防控宣传教育。
Taking the tweets issued by the WeChat official accounts of Shenzhen Public Library as the research object,the paper collects all WeChat tweets issued by WeChat public accounts of various libraries during this period for statistics,analysis and classification.According to the type of public library business and the content of tweets,the services pushed by WeChat can be divided into four categories:library information,reader activities,resource promotion,and other types of reader services.During the epidemic,each library puts readers first,and reader services are never closed;the advantages of digital resource services are prominent;and emphasis is placed on the promotion and education of epidemic prevention and control.
